Research Assistant and Wordtracker
Raven experienced temporary outages of Wordtracker and SEMRush today, which affected the Research Assistant and Wordtracker tools. For Wordtracker it appears to be an unannounced DNS change for their API server, we have contacted them to make sure the change is permanent. We are also working with SEMRush to improve reliability of the Research Assistant.
Unexpected Downtime
Update (Wed 1:10am EDT): We are back up and running now. Approximately 4 hours ago, our database servers became unresponsive. We were able to restore the database without having to revert to a backup (which continually maintains a snapshot no more than 4 hours old). There was no loss of data during this outage.
