Link Manager Update: Paid Link Data Importing

The link importer has been updated! You can now also import all of your paid link data into the Link Manager. The only option that isn’t available is the ability to group paid links. Otherwise, have at it!

Back up and running

Our downtime was a little longer than we expected, but we are back up and running on our new server setup!  Please let us know if experience any problems by using the bug report button () from inside Raven.

If you are still seeing the maintenance page when you log in to Raven, you may need to flush your DNS cache.

Raven User Account Update

We have some exciting news to report about account types. The Premium account has been renamed to SEO Pro and now supports unlimited websites and multi-user access!

Manage Unlimited Websites

We’ve removed the 5 website limit on SEO Pro accounts (formerly named Premium), which means you can manage as many websites as you want without having to pay anything extra.

Multi-User Access for Everyone

SEO Pro accounts now come fully equipped with multi-user access. We’ve even given you a second user account for free. Now you can create custom Roles and easily add access to your account to other users in your organization.

Task Manager (beta)

We will be releasing a beta version of our Task Manager very soon, followed by several other major enhancements to Raven.

Raven users can now create custom, white-labled (branded) PDF SEO reports and have them automatically emailed to their clients.

Automated Reporting

Getting closer to releasing automated reporting! We expect to release it early next week. We’re doing final tweaks and testing right now. We’ll also be releasing PDF reports for Analytics and the ability to have a cover sheet for your reports.

After a long week of hanging at PubCon in Las Vegas it’s time to get back to work. We have a LOT of tweaks and new features we’ll be rolling out within the next 3 months. So get ready! While I was gone, a nice little feature was added to make your life easier. For those users that have multiple websites in their profile, you can now choose a default website. The default website will be selected when you switch to that profile. If you have multiple profiles, you can also select a default profile. Doing that will take you to your default profile and website upon login.

Performance Issues

We’re experiencing an unprecedented amount of interest in Raven and the amount of people signing up has skyrocketed. Not surprisingly, we’re experiencing growing pains. We’ve had plans in place to handle greater capacity and reliability, but had no idea we would need to implement those changes so soon. The good news is that we’re currently making those changes. The bad news is that you may experience some occasional slow performance over the next few days.
